Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it, and re-saleable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We currently accept returns from Canada, the United States, and the UK.

How to start a return

To make a return, contact us at blacksheeppartygame@googlegroups.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include the provided slip inside the box.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened games or items not in their original packaging

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer product exchanges since we only sell the game and booster packs.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your unopened item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days after we receive the return.

  • Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at blacksheeppartygame@googlegroups.com.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
